Stephen J. Gilberg
Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Steve Gilberg founded HappyHours.com, Inc. in
1997 with the goal of bringing e-marketing to
the beverage alcohol industry. Upon graduating
from the University of Rochester, Steve moved
to London where he launched several media products
for the bar and restaurant trades. Upon returning
to the states, Steve began publishing an electronic
newsletter covering the bar and beverage industries.
During this time, he also developed the concepts
that led to the successful launch of HappyHours.com
and HappyHours PRO.
In 2001, Steve successfully launched the HappyHours
Agency, a ground-breaking consultancy that advises
beverage alcohol suppliers and wholesalers on
how to effectively further penetrate both their
retail and consumer markets. Agency services include
business and marketing plan development, event
planning, staffing and execution, point-of-sale
conception and sourcing, and Web strategy and
development.
TECH Marketing has recognized Steve as one of
Silicon Alley's Top 100 CEOs. He has also been
featured in The New York Times, Brandweek, London's
Daily Mirror and the British Broadcasting Corporation
(BBC).

Roger L. Busch
Co-founder
Roger Busch is a veteran financial officer with
over 35 years of experience in public accounting
and corporate management. Prior to joining HappyHours,
Roger was most recently the Chief Financial Officer
for The Paddington Corp., an importer of premium
cordials, including Baileys Irish Cream, Amaretto
di Saronno, Goldschlager and Malibu Rum. Paddington
was responsible for creating and managing the
entire spectrum of brand-building activities for
their portfolio of brands, including advertising
and promotional programs. Roger was responsible
for Paddington's strategic planning, as well as
the coordination and control of corporate and
brand financial objectives.
Roger began his career with the international
public accounting firm now known as Ernst &
Young and later was Controller and Treasurer of
Servomation Corp., then a NYSE listed food service
company. Roger received an undergraduate degree
from Colgate University and an M.B.A. from Rutgers.

Sam Albert (in Memoriam)
Advisor
Sam Albert is an independent management consultant
specializing in developing corporate strategic
relationships and formulating marketing strategies
and marketing programs for companies in the information
technology industry. Previously, Sam spent 30
years with the IBM Corporation. During this time,
he created IBM's business partner program and
pioneered the firm's worldwide relationships with
the management consulting, accounting, auditing,
legal and information services professions.
Sam is also the "on air" talent for
CompuTips™ — a 30 second information
feature on 1010 WIN in New York City — the
largest revenue producing all-news radio station
in the country. Sam's columns have appeared in
trade publications such as Computerworld and Software
